A 23-month old boy needed hospital treatment after being bitten by a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog.
The boy suffered facial injuries after the attack in Kirriemuir at about 1pm on Wednesday. Police want to trace a woman understood to be in her 20s with light brown/blonde hair wearing a red top who was nearby.
