Orange Order issues warning after council passes new parades policy

The Orange Order last night effectively threatened chaos in response to what it regards as a “sectarian” council bid to cut the number of parades it stages in Glasgow.

Protestant and unionist groups said they would cut the amount of warning they give authorities for their marches to the bare legal minimum of 28 days.
