Andrew and Marina Mullen, of Glespin, South Lanarkshire, admitted the offences at Lanark Sheriff Court.
Mr Mullen pled guilty to failing to provide veterinary treatment for his Shih-Tzu, Cheeko, who had to be put down when he was eventually taken to a vet.
