A hospital worker who lost his job after claims he posed for pictures wearing a patient's underwear is facing an investigation into theft allegations.
James John Turner, a 21-year-old nursing auxiliary in a geriatric ward at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, had his employment terminated by NHS Grampian.
A health board investigation into the photo allegations is said to have started when an official complaint was made last Wednesday.
A police spokeswoman said: "Police Scotland are making inquiries into allegations of theft of property."
