Plate expectations
Alison Drewitt of Leith School of Art admires the finished installation that is to be shown at a new exhibition of alumni's work until May 31 at Dovecot Studios, Edinburgh.
Hans Clausen's Before Present is a series of commemorative plates which is part of the event celebrating 25 years of the art school.
Exhibiting artists include Becks Futures winner Toby Paterson, Tommy Grace, Owen Normand, winner of the BP Portrait Young Artist Award, the textile artist Jane Keith, time-based artist Pernille Spence and Jamie Stone, winner of major recent film awards.
