Police appeal to potential witness after fatal collision

A POTENTIAL witness to a fatal road crash is being sought by police.

Steven McArthur, 30, from Kirkcaldy in Fife, died in a collision on the A907 near Bogside, Kincardine on Wed-nesday November 13. The crash happened at 1.10pm.

Officers want to speak to the driver of a dark 4x4 pick-up, possibly a Toyota HiLux or similar, who spoke to a lorry driver near the scene.

Appealing for the driver to call 101, Sergeant Andy Mather said: "This 4x4 driver may have been overtaken by Mr McArthur's Ford Mon-deo prior to the collision."
