Police probe launched after man found dead in lobby

Police have launched an investigation after a man's body was found in a lobby.

Officers were called to a building in Charlotte Street, Aberdeen, at 9am today in response to a report from the Scottish Ambulance Service that a man had been found dead there.

His death is being treated as unexplained and an investigation is under way, police said.

The man has yet to be formally identified.

A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
