PRIZE-WINNING cattle are paraded through the main ring at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh as the annual event draws to a close.

They were among the 5,000 animals on show at Ingliston, which attracted a total of 178,659 visitors over four days, an increase of more than 8,000 on last year's figure. More than £225,000 was awarded to the winning exhibitors.
