Queen honours Scots terror attack heroes

Seven Scots who helped foil the terrorist attack on Glasgow Airport three years ago have been recognised for their bravery by the Queen.

Strathclyde Police officers Sergeant Torquil Campbell and PC Stewart Ferguson, along with five civilians who helped them to subdue the bombers, are named today in the Civilian Gallantry List. They will each be awarded the Queen’s Commendation for Bravery.
