Rangers FC tonight threw their weight behind calls by supporters for a boycott of the Scottish Cup tie against Dundee United at Tannadice next February.
In a statement issued on the club's website, chief executive Charles Green said: "Rangers Football Club will not be taking its allocation of tickets for the forthcoming Scottish Cup match against Dundee United at Tannadice."
