A FORMER bank employee who was convicted of stalking former RBS chief executive Stephen Hester is to stand trial for harassing current RBS chairman Sir Philip Hampton.

Ruby Cooper, 52, from East Barnet Road, Barnet, north London, is alleged to have bombarded the banking boss with calls and sent abusive messages in breach of the restraining order imposed on her in October last year.

She had been found unanimously guilty of breaching her restraining order imposed on her after she sent various abusive messages to Stephen Hester in 2012.

The order banned her from contacting any director or former director of RBS.
