Around 450 soldiers will be reunited with friends and family following their deployment to Helmand Province in April where one of their roles was to train and mentor the country's developing security forces.
Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Charlie Maconochie commanded the Brigade Advisory Group which was responsible for developing the Afghan National Army.
