EDINBURGH'S popular Speed of Light event could become part of the Rio Olympics in 2016.
Organisers said they were also in talks to take the event, in which runners in special LED suits lit up the capital's Arthur's Seat, to Glasgow in 2014.
They revealed yesterday that more than 10,000 people took part in this year's event.
