GEORGINA SMITHWOOD enjoys a walk past a map of a fictional world that was 50 years in the making.
The installation of more than 3000 sheets of A4 paper was created by artist Jerry Gretzinger and is on show at Summerhall in Edinburgh until January 24.
Gretzinger started his ever-expanding map when he drew doodles of a fictitious city centre.
