IT'S a case of as you were for Scotland's Michelin-starred restaurants, with the launch of The Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2013.

Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles retained his two stars while 15 other restaurants retained their one star.
None of the starred restaurants are in Glasgow. Five are in Edinburgh, including Number One at the Balmoral Hotel, 21212, Castle Terrace, Martin Wishart and Kitchin. Among the others are Glenapp Castle in South Ayrshire, Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond, the Peat Inn in Fife and Kinloch Lodge on Skye.
