A SCOTS university lecturer, who was convicted of attempting to kill her husband in their US home, has returned to Scotland.
Joanna Findlay, from Blairgowrie in Perthshire, was convicted of attempted murder in November 2011, but a US jury cleared her of her husband's murder, concluding he had killed himself.
Findlay, 42, shot at her husband Gary Trogdon at their home in Hollywood, Maryland, on October 30, 2010.
