THE army is to discipline 19 Scottish soldiers who failed drug tests while based in Germany.
The servicemen with the 4 Scots unit are thought to have tested positive for substances such as cocaine, cannabis or ecstasy in random tests carried out on the unit, formerly The Highlanders, part of the Royal Regiment of Scotland.
