Martin Wishart at Cameron House, Loch Lomond; Geoffrey Smeddle's Peat Inn in Fife; Braidwood's at Dalry; Sangster's in Elie, Fife; Inverlochy Castle, Fort William; Albannach, Lochinver; Boath House, Nairn; Knockinaam Lodge, Portpatrick; and Kinloch Lodge on Skye are the others.
In the Bib Gourmand category - awarded to establishments serving good food at moderate prices - the Galvin Brasserie de Luxe at the The Caledonian Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Edinburgh, gained one under executive chef Craig Sandle, while The Sorn Inn near Mauchline in Ayrshire had its Bib removed.
