Scottish Water invests £45m in city

Scottish Water has hailed a multi-million-pound scheme to modernise water networks in Glasgow as a success.

Newly released figures show that the agency has invested £14 million in the past year and £45m over four years to improve waste water facilities in the city, “significantly” reducing the risk of flooded streets during storm conditions.
