GEORGE Osborne is risking the prospects of the UK's economic recovery unless he changes his strategy, Scottish Finance Secretary John Swinney has warned.

Mr Swinney claimed this week’s disastrous growth figures showed how fragile the recovery is and said the Chancellor had to acknowledge that conditions had changed since he introduced his austerity budget.
His criticisms follow the official Gross Domestic Product (GDP) figures which showed the UK’s economy grew by just 0.2% in the three months to June.
