The top price for a season ticket is £250, compared to £215 for the previous qualifiers, however the Scottish Football Association say this year's ticket includes an extra game.
The price per match using the season ticket works out lower this year, as there are six games this season compared to five two years ago, but fans remain unhappy at the overall cost, taking to social media sites to voice their anger.
Adam Robb wrote on Twitter: "@ScottishFA an absolute disgrace. Working man's sport? You can stick your season ticket if you think that's acceptable."
Jamie Bryce added: "@ScottishFA outrageous exploitation of loyal fans who have put up with awful football over the years. #nothanks #loyalty."
The season ticket includes five Euro qualifiers plus a friendly game against England, but fans have questioned the inclusion of the England game.
One wrote on Twitter: "@ScottishFA why is there no option to purchase a season ticket for just the important qualifiers without the excessively priced friendly?"
An SFA spokesman said the price increase was the first rise since 2010.
