Teaching council member guilty

A TEACHER responsible for regulating the profession has been reprimanded after being found guilty of unprofessional conduct.

James Forbes had a blazing row with other members of the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) after disagreeing over the way it was run.

But Mr Forbes' "inappropriate" outbursts resulted in him facing disciplinary charges in front of the GTCS, which yesterday were found proved.
