Teenagers admit stabbing teacher

TWO teenagers admitted taking part in the stabbing of a teacher who tried to stop a neighbour's car being stolen.

Liam Brown and Kieran Mason attacked John Howson outside the victim's £500,000 home in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire, in October last year.

The pair left the 57-year-old for dead as Mr Howson's wife dialled 999.

Mr Howson was rushed to hospital, but luckily survived the attack.
