Third SPT boss under pressure over foreign trip expenses claims

The vice-chairman of Scotland’s biggest transport quango is under pressure to resign over his part in an expenses scandal.

Labour councillor David Fagan, who earns £11,000 a year for his role at Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT), has so far escaped censure for his part in an affair that recently saw two other Labour councillors stand down.
