THE remains of an 8000-year-old camp that was destroyed by a tsunami have been unearthed under a McDonald's.
Channel 4's Time Team yesterday filmed scenes in the fast food outlet in Inverness as baffled customers looked on.
The programme will focus on the remains of a Middle Stone Age (mesolithic period) camp destroyed by a tsunami thousands of years ago.
