Top Libyan defects

LIBYAN Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa, described as Muammar Gaddafi’s “right arm”, has defected to Britain after resigning his post.

Mr Koussa, one of Gaddafi’s closest allies, who was once accused of being involved in the Lockerbie bombing, has told British officials he is “no longer willing” to represent the dictator’s regime.
