Topless pictures row goes to court in France

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are to make a criminal complaint against the photographer who took pictures of her topless.

St James's Palace said lawyers would file the complaint to the French prosecutor today.

The couple, who yesterday arrived in the Solomon Islands on a nine-day Jubilee tour of south-east Asia, want the photographer or photographers responsible to be charged with a criminal offence for invading their privacy.
