Brian Kennedy, 31, Paul Breslin, 41, and Ian Oliver, 26, attacked Alexander Ormiston, 63, at his home in Rosyth, Fife, on May 19 2011. He later died.
Three men have been convicted at the High Court in Edinburgh of assaulting and abducting a businessman over an alleged £80,000 debt.
