Turning over a new leaf

Autumn leaves have created a fun game of hide and seek for a group of meerkats.

Keepers at Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling filled their enclosure with the leaves to let them play and dig. Hidden in the leaves are meerkats' favourite treat – mealworms. Visitors can tour the park until it closes for winter on October 28. Picture: Andrew Milligan
