The 66-year-old man, who has not been named, is alleged to have spent the night in the hotel in Oban, Argyll, on September 12.

The man, said to be from Glasgow, spent the whole night in an empty hotel room before being found the next morning, behind the bar, allegedly helping himself to alcohol.
