A SCOTTISH record label has teamed up with Jack White, one of America's best-known musicians, to release the first in a series of landmark blues recordings on vinyl.
The joint project between Document Records, which is based in Dumfries and Galloway, and Third Man Records, owned by White, is hoping to introduce blues music to younger fans.
The first three remastered albums are by Charley Patton, Blind Willie McTell and the Mississippi Sheiks.
