A WATCHDOG is to name and shame the country's worst nursing homes, nurseries and care services in an attempt to improve standards.
The Care Inspectorate, which inspects and regulates 14,000 nurseries and care homes across Scotland, insists people have a right to know when performance is unacceptable. Those that fall below adequate standards will be highlighted on its website.
