Where will I find that tapeworm with the lovely face?

LIFE for museum staff is supposed to be pretty dull.

It's the same old requests day in and day out: where's this exhibit, where's that exhibit, where's the cafeteria, the giftshop, the toilets. But not any more.

Visitors have deluged a new information service at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh with a series of baffling and bizarre questions such as, 'where is the tapeworm with a lovely face I saw as a child?'.
