Storm and severe winds yesterday meant ferry services around Scotland were disrupted, causeways closed and high-sided vehicles restricted on roads and bridges.
Wind speeds of 135mph were recorded at the summit of Cairn Gorm and 128.9mph on the Bealach na Ba at Applecross.
Part of the gable end of a vacant house in Leverburgh in the south of Harris collapsed, prompting the evacuation of nearby houses.
Eighteen of CalMac's Clyde and Hebridean ferry services were disrupted, with services to Orkney cancelled.
On Orkney, the Churchill Barriers were among numerous causeways closed due to the wind.
