A woman has died in a fire in a four-storey block of flats.
Firefighters were met with a fierce blaze in a ground-floor property when they arrived at Dundee Terrace, Edinburgh, on Wednesday night.
Around 30 officers were involved in tackling the fire and evacuating other residents in neighbouring flats.
