A woman has escaped serious injury after falling 25ft down a quarry cliff.
Emergency services were called to Carlingnose Quarry in North Queensferry, Fife, at around 12.30am yesterday. Firefighters from Lochgelly reached the woman with a line rescue and managed to return her to safety. The quarry is close to the Fife Coastal Path.
