Euphemia Mitchell still lives in her own home, in Fife, makes her own meals and does her chores herself - even cutting her own lawn.
The great grandmother yesterday said: "My health is down to hard work.
"I used to run the lemonade factory. I went there when I was 14 when I left the school and I stayed until I was 70.
"I've never smoked and have been an absolute teetotaller all my life - except a tablespoon of brandy in my drinking chocolate once if I'm not feeling well."
Ms Mitchell, known as Phemie to her friends, was born on 20 October 1910, in Methil, Fife, the second youngest of 10 siblings.
