Worker cleared of toddler's death

A nursery worker has been cleared of all charges in relation to the death of a three-year-old girl who died in an accident at a nursery at York College.

Sophee Redhead, 25, wept as she was found not guilty of the manslaughter of Lydia Bishop. Leeds Crown Court found the college guilty of health and safety breaches.
