Yesterday's man misses the point

JOHNNY Cameron looked around with confusion when he entered the room to face the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards.

His confusion was understandable. The bank of which he was a leader collapsed in 2008 and months later the FSA barred him from taking another senior position. But it has taken five years for policymakers to interrogate him about the failure.
