Ian Bell failed to return from a walk in Lochaber.
A body has been found in the search for a missing hillwalker in the Scottish Highlands.
Ian Bell, 60, from Hertfordshire, was reported missing yesterday when he failed to return from a walk in Lochaber.
Search teams, including volunteers from the Lochaber Mountain Rescue team, scoured the Carn mor Dearg area where Mr Bell was believed to have been walking and found a body.
Formal identification has now taken place and Mr Bell's family have been informed.
Police Scotland said there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
