George Square is Glasgow's hub of activity.
From the 1919 Battle of George Square to 2014's Commonwealth Games and Scottish Independence rallies, George Square has seen it all.
Today, the square is home to the Glasgow City Council building, and has an important collection of monuments, including those dedicated to Robert Burns, James Watt, Sir Robert Peel and Sir Walter Scott.
It's also top spot for tourists and locals, and we're sure many of you have sunbathed there on your lunch hour.
