The incident happened at Hairmyres Hospital, East Kilbride
A WOMAN has pleaded guilty to taking a photograph of a fellow patient who was in her underwear and posted it on Facebook.
Kerry-Ann Taggart, 33, was taken to Hairmyres Hospital in East Kilbride for an emergency gall bladder operation when she became friendly with another patient in May.
Taggart, of Hamilton, committed the breach of the peace as she helped the woman with her dress. Hamilton Sheriff Court heard that she faced a backlash from other Facebook users, after posing it with the caption: ‘Look at the day I’m having’ Sentence was deferred.
