GAME of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have tied the knot in a Scottish church.
Harington arrived at Rayne Church in Aberdeenshire in a taxi wearing a morning suit.
He waved at fans who gathered hoping to catch a glimpse of the show's stars.
The Aberdeen-born bride, wearing a flowing ivory gown and veil, arrived almost an hour later with her father, Sebastian Leslie, in his Land Rover.
She greeted the waiting crowd with a "hi" as she stepped out of the car.
Co-stars from the hit series Peter Dinklage and and Emilia Clarke arrived together at the church for the wedding which will be followed by a reception at Rose's family estate, Wardhill Castle.

Guests lined the path outside the church to shower the newly-weds with flower petal confetti as they left the church.
They got into an old Land Rover Defender decorated with paper hearts with Just Married written on them and with tin cans tied to the back, which rattled as the couple drove off to the reception at her 12th Century family castle.
Speaking outside the castle before the ceremony, Rose's father, Sebastian Leslie said: “We are absolutely thrilled for Kit and Rose to be marrying today.”
The local councillor added: “It’s an absolutely lovely day for us.”
And he said: “It’s a great day for Aberdeenshire. We are using local caterers, local lighting, local flowers.”
The ceremony is being conducted by a Benedictine monk, father Chad Boulton, chaplain of Ampleforth Abbey in North Yorkshire.
In the garden of the 12th century property, which has been in her family for 900 years, the couple have erected a marquee.

Two students from China, currently studying in Glasgow and clutching floral bouquets for the stars, were among the fans who gathered at the venue.
Yunyao Li, 23, and Qiong dan Xu, 23, said they are fans of Harington’s alter-ego in Game Of Thrones.
“We would like to see him if possible,” they said.
Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister in the acclaimed HBO series, arrived at Aberdeen Airport from Belfast along with producer D.B Weiss shortly after 1pm on Friday.
Other cast members including Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams, who play Sansa and Arya Stark are also on the guest list.
The couple are expected to spend their wedding night at the castle, staying at the Laird’s Bedroom.
The couple met while filming the fantasy series in 2012, in which they played on-screen lovers Jon Snow and wildling Ygritte.
The wedding notice was posted outside the registration office in Huntly last month.
It stated: "Christopher Catesby Harington is to marry Rose Eleanor Arbuthnot Leslie on Saturday June 23."
The couple, both 31, who starred together in the TV blockbuster for four seasons, confirmed their engagement back in September last year.
The duo, who began dating back in 2012, broke the news of their engagement by placing an announcement in The Times newspaper.
The notice read: “The engagement is announced between Kit, younger son of David and Deborah Harington of Worcestershire, and Rose, middle daughter of Sebastian and Candy Leslie of Aberdeenshire.”
Earlier this year, Rose spoke out about her relationship with her co-star, as she revealed she refused to make eye contact with him when he was reading the Game of Thrones script.

Explaining that she didn’t want his reaction to spoil the episodes for her, the actress told Entertainment Weekly: “I for sure ask Kit not to show me his excitement after he has read an episode, simply because I don’t want to read anything in his eyes.
“I know the anticipation is killing a lot of people, and my God the build-up is fantastic.
“I can’t wait until next year.”
In an interview, Harington revealed his best memory of Game of Thrones was meeting Leslie and falling in love while filming in Iceland.
“The country is beautiful… the northern lights are magical… it was there that I fell in love,” he said. “If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love.”
He popped the question after five years of dating.
“I was going to string up some lights in some trees and do all the romantic stuff,” in another interview. “But we were in the country and we were under this beautiful night sky and had a log fire burning and red wine. I was meant to do it the day after with the lights. What I meant to say was, I popped my question a bit early.”
After winning a Scottish BAFTA for Best Acting Performance for her role in New Town in 2009, she rose to fame as Gwen Dawson in the ITV drama series Downton Abbey before joining the Game of Thrones cast.
