Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon are facing criticism after auctioning lunches at the Scottish Parliament to raise thousands of pounds for the SNP’s General Election campaign.
Two meals hosted by the First Minister and his deputy were sold to the highest bidder at a party fundraiser on Tuesday night.
Lunch for four people at Holyrood with Sturgeon raised about £2000, while a similar lunch with Salmond sold for about £9000.
