Chaos after multiple crash

A MOTORWAY pile-up in the centre of Glasgow brought Boxing Day traffic to a standstill after three cars collided near the Kingston Bridge.

No-one was seriously injured in the crash at around 2pm on the M8 at Charing Cross.

Meanwhile, a 22-year-old man suffered serious injuries after the car he was in hit a tree on the A933 in Angus at around 12.40am yesterday, and a horse was killed after being struck by a car on the B9022 in Aberdeenshire, at around 2pm. A male passenger with minor injuries was cut free.
