Delays cost bus firm £15,000 fine

A BUS company owned by First Group has been fined £15,000 following an "eruption" of passenger complaints in Falkirk.

Midland Bluebird was the subject of 13 complaints to the Traffic Commissioner. It follows a public inquiry prompted by claims that services had been delayed or cancelled last year.
