A council review has called for several enforcement cameras to be repositioned and stretches of the city's Greenways to be removed to make it easier for drivers to turn into minor roads.
The timing of the lanes could also be revamped, with 24-hour lanes converted to operate only at peak periods, in order to synchronise their operating hours across the capital.
