CLEANERS on Virgin Trains are to stage a 24-hour strike in a row over a sacked colleague.
Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union employed by contractor Voith at a Manchester depot will walk out from 7pm on Thursday. RMT official Mick Cash said the man was fired because of his union activities.
