POP star Justin Bieber could face deportation after his arrest on drug charges after the teenager, thought to be under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, was caught "drag racing" in Miami Beach, Florida, on Wednesday.

The Canadian posted bail of £2500 (£1500) on Friday after a brief court appearance where he was also accused of resisting arrest and having an expired driving license.

Immigration lawyer Michael Wildes said: "If ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] wanted to go after him, they could make a case."
