DISGRACED Chinese politician Bo Xilai is to be stripped of his Congress seat – and is likely to face criminal charges.
The latest moves came after he was expelled from the Communist Party on Friday following accusations of abuse of power and corruption.
Bo's wife was given a suspended death sentence in August for murdering British businessman Neil Heywood in November last year.
